Sometimes it can be hard to find things to read in Italian, right? If you don't even know where to begin then this app could become your new best friend. If your best friend presents you with daily news headlines in Italian that is. Unfortunately you do have to pay for this one. However, there is a 30-day free trial available that begins as soon as you open the app. If you find it effective, it could be worth the €49.99 lifetime subscription fee.
You’re presented with a daily summary of the big headlines with links to the original articles in Italian. So not only will you be brushing up your Italian, but you’ll be keeping in the loop too. Using the news to improve your language skills is a great idea as it gives you the necessary vocabulary for currently relevant conversations when speaking to native speakers. You also potentially gain a different angle to a news story if it’s coming from a different country, which is always interesting.
