You Meet a Native Speaker

The first time I spoke to a native Spanish speaker in Spanish was a terrifying experience. I just felt so silly saying words which didn’t mean anything to me. Now I knew how the guy in the Mr Blobby suit must feel as he spits out gibberish all day long. Anyway, I guess that you might be in the opposite type of situation. What I mean is that you might meet someone and then realise that you can’t communicate in their language.
